POLITICS OF LIFE AND DEATH
Call for Papers for eighteenth annual conference of the Nordic Society for Phenomenology (NoSP), Södertörn University, 21–23 April 2022.
Confirmed keynote speakers: Divya Dwivedi (Indian Institute of Technology), Sophie Loidolt (Technische Universität Darmstadt), Ingvild Torsen (University of Oslo) and Gert-Jan van der Heiden (Radboud University).
Confirmed participating Nordic senior scholars: Susanna Lindberg, Søren Overgaard and Björn Thorsteinsson
We hereby invite abstracts for papers in phenomenology and related areas of philosophy, such as critical theory, feminist philosophy, and the post-Kantian tradition widely conceived. We welcome proposals for individual papers from senior researchers as well as from graduate students. Proposals for joint panels on current topics or recently published books will also be considered. All proposals will be evaluated by the society board through a blind review process.
The proposals should be prepared for blind review and prepared in the following manner:

To submit a proposal, send the documents as email attachments to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that the subject line of the email reads: NoSP 2022 Proposal. Deadline for submission is: 3 January, 2022. Decisions will be communicated by the latest at the end January 2022.
Note that you must be a member of the society in order to have your proposal considered. If you are not already a member, please send an email with brief information about your affiliation to Søren Overgaard (e-mail: email@example.com). Membership is free of charge.

We’re happy to announce that NoSP 2020 will take place at Helsinki University, on the 23rd to 25th of April. The title of the conference is Phenomenology of Norms, Rules and Law, but as always, we will accept abstracts within all areas of phenomenology, broadly construed. A call for abstracts, which will include more information about this event, will be posted in the very near future.
We are happy to announce the call for papers for the 17th annual Conference of the Nordic Society for Phenomenology, entitled “PHENOMENOLOGY OF SOCIAL LIFE“. It will take place at the University of Copenhagen, 25-27 April, 2019.
